Personal Information Protection Policy

1. Purpose

We will not disclose personal information entrusted by customers to third parties except in the following cases stipulated under Article 23 of the Personal Information Protection Law:

・When necessary to protect human life, body, or property, and obtaining the person's consent is difficult

・When particularly necessary for public health improvement or child-rearing promotion, and obtaining the person's consent is difficult

・When cooperation is required with national agencies or local governments, or their entrusted entities, in carrying out legal duties, and obtaining consent would hinder the performance of those duties

・When prior consent has been obtained from the individual

6. Confidentiality Agreements with Partner Companies When Sharing or Entrusting Data

When outsourcing all or part of our operations to external parties, we carefully select partners who have adequate data protection systems in place and ensure strict management of customer personal information.

7. Response to Requests for Suspension or Deletion of Personal Information

Customers may request access to or correction of their personal information held by us, or request that we cease using, disclosing, or entrusting their personal information by contacting our inquiry desk.
